Natural Organic Mineral Sugar Cane High Concentrated Fulvic Acid NPK Liquid

Fulvic acid Liquid introduction

This product is derived from advanced three-effect fermentation concentration equipment, utilizing molasses as the raw material. It employs cutting-edge microbial fermentation technology followed by concentration to produce a thick, dark brown liquid with a caramel aroma. The product is a pure natural fermentation product, appearing as a brownish, semi-viscous liquid; the sugarcane source has a sweet scent, while the beet source has a fishy odor.

Main Application

1. Remediation of contaminated soil

In soils contaminated with heavy metals such as lead and cadmium, molasses can undergo complexation reactions with heavy metal ions through its own organic components, reducing the activity and bioavailability of heavy metals and minimizing their toxicity to plants.

In the experiment of lead-contaminated soil, after adding molasses, the content of available lead in the soil decreased by 20%-30%, significantly reducing the accumulation of lead in the plants grown on this soil. This effectively alleviated the inhibitory effect of lead on plant growth and ensured the quality and safety of agricultural products.

In addition, for soil contaminated by organic pollutants such as petroleum hydrocarbons, molasses can provide carbon sources and energy for microorganisms that degrade these pollutants, enhance the activity and quantity of microorganisms, and accelerate the decomposition and transformation of organic pollutants.

When molasses was added to the soil contaminated by petroleum hydrocarbons, after a period of time, the degradation rate of petroleum hydrocarbons in the soil increased by 15%-20% compared with the control group without molasses added.

2. Promote the improvement of saline-alkali land

The salt content in saline-alkali land is high, which seriously hinders the growth of plants.

The organic matter in molasses can increase the agglomeration between soil particles, improve soil structure, enhance soil aeration and water permeability, and promote salt leaching.

Meanwhile, some components in molasses can undergo exchange reactions with salt ions in the soil, reducing the salt concentration in the soil solution and alleviating the ionic toxicity of salt to plants.

For instance, in a certain saline-alkali land improvement experiment, after continuous application of molasses for many years, the soil salt content in the 0-20cm soil layer decreased by 10% to 15%, and the soil pH value also dropped, getting closer to the range suitable for plant growth. This enabled various crops that were previously difficult to grow in this saline-alkali land to grow normally, thereby enhancing the utilization efficiency of the saline-alkali land.

3. Facilitate the maturation of acidic soil

In the acidic soil areas of the south, problems such as aluminum poisoning and phosphorus fixation often exist in the soil.

When the organic substances in molasses decompose and transform in the soil, they will produce organic acids and other substances. These substances can undergo complexation reactions with aluminum ions in the soil, reducing the activity of aluminum ions and alleviating the harm of aluminum poisoning to plant roots.

Meanwhile, molasses can enhance the activity of soil microorganisms. The activities of microorganisms can promote the release of insoluble phosphorus in the soil and increase the content of available phosphorus in the soil.

In acidic red soil areas, after long-term application of molasses, the content of active aluminum in the soil decreased by 15%-20%, and the content of available phosphorus increased by 10-15mg/kg. This significantly improved the soil fertility status, promoted the growth of acid-loving crops such as tea trees and citrus fruits, and enhanced the yield and quality of the crops.

4. Stabilizing and improving special soils

Molasses can also play a role in the improvement of some special soil types, such as expansive soil and red soil.

The organic matter in molasses can fill the pores between soil particles, enhance the stability of soil particles, and reduce the expansion and contraction amplitude of expansive soil.

For red soil, its texture is heavy and sticky, and it has poor aeration and water permeability.

The addition of molasses can improve the structure of red soil, increase soil porosity and enhance the aeration and water permeability of the soil.

After adding a certain amount of molasses to expansive soil, its expansion rate decreased by 10%-15%.

Adding molasses to red soil increased the soil porosity by 8%-12%, effectively improving the engineering properties and fertility conditions of these special soils.

Application Methods (Reference)

  • Silage Spraying: Spray 30-40 kg of molasses liquid (50% concentration) per ton of raw materials, layering and compacting.
  • Drinking Water Addition: Add 1%-2% molasses liquid to drinking water (filter to prevent blockage) to alleviate summer heat stress.
  • Licking Brick Production: Mix with salt and minerals to produce liquid licking bricks, with molasses liquid constituting 30%-40%, encouraging cattle and sheep to lick freely.
